Zencore was engaged to help reshape the software supply chain pipeline, from the repo structure, branching strategies, build of container artifacts, CI/CD pipelines development, network and security configuration, to the infrastructure runtime on Kubernetes with GKE, Zencore has been engaged to provide an end-to-end solution as well as help manage and troubleshoot the current and future environments.

This engagement led to the creation of a brand new paradigm, replacing a mono repo structure, with ephemeral Git branches and associated test environments being provisioned. This included Github actions integrations for CI and Harness for CD, ultimately landing application services on GKE with security and networking best practices in place.
