Fulfillment Policy

This fulfillment policy explains the conditions under which we deliver services and licenses as a Google Cloud reseller.

1. Eligibility for Services

To receive Google Cloud services through Zencore:

  1. You must have an active Reseller Agreement in place with us.
  2. Services and associated processes are governed by the terms outlined in your Reseller Agreement.

If you have not yet signed a Reseller Agreement, please contact our sales team at [sales@zencore.dev] to initiate the process.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations:
    • Cancellations are governed by the terms outlined in your Reseller Agreement.
    • Please review your contract for specific cancellation terms, including notice periods and any applicable fees.
  2. Changes to Services:
    • If you wish to modify your services or subscription, please contact your Zencore account representative. Any changes will be subject to the terms of your Reseller Agreement.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for services or licenses are subject to the conditions in your Reseller Agreement. Refunds for partially used or unused services are generally not available unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

 

4. Support and Assistance

  1. Technical Support:
    • Zencore provides technical support for all Google Cloud services provisioned through us. Details of support offerings and SLAs are defined in your Reseller Agreement.
  2. Onboarding Assistance:
    • We assist with account setup and project configuration as part of your onboarding process. Additional professional services can be provided upon request.

 

5. Compliance and Transparency

  1. Data Privacy:
    • Customer data provided for service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • We do not share customer data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill Google Cloud services under your Reseller Agreement.
  2. Authorized Reseller:
    • Zencore operates as an authorized Google Cloud reseller, adhering to all Google guidelines and industry compliance standards.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Fulfillment Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operational or legal requirements. Updates will be communicated via our website with the revised date.
