Superstep Capital Invests in Zencore to Build the Leading Independent Google Cloud AI Services Platform

Zencore also introduces the ZenAI Factory, a new AI solution framework for Google Cloud customers, built on Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.

August 25, 2026. /PRNewswire/ — Zencore, an independent Google Cloud consultancy founded in 2021 by former Google Cloud leaders, today announced a strategic investment from Superstep Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm exclusively focused on digital services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Zencore is a Google Cloud Premier partner with four Partner of the Year awards, nine specializations, and hundreds of successful engagements across North America and EMEA. The company remains independent.

This investment is designed to allow Zencore to increase its commitment to full stack AI capabilities on Google Cloud. This includes the launch of three ZenAI Factory solutions, new offerings that help enterprises transform operations using AI on Google Cloud.

A New Offering for Agentic AI on Google Cloud

The ZenAI Factory delivers a solution framework based on Zencore’s deep expertise and production delivery experience. Designed for enterprises adopting agentic AI on Google Cloud, these solutions accelerate time-to-value and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Zencore is launching an initial set of three ZenAI Factory Solutions available as of today. ZenAI Factory is also now available in conjunction with Forward Deployed Engineering resources from Zencore.

• Agentic Software Factory: Embed AI coding agents, including Google Antigravity, across every stage of building software, from writing and reviewing code through testing and release.
• Agentic Data Factory: Connect data across BigQuery and other enterprise systems, then put AI agents to work building models and generating reporting that teams do by hand today.
• Agentic Operations Factory: Give infrastructure the ability to fix itself. AI agents monitor systems continuously, diagnose problems, and resolve incidents in real time.
